My agent is awesome. I almost missed my renewal not paying attention to my email. He went out of his way to reach out to me the day before my policy cancelled to make sure i was aware and to check if i was cancelling or needed assistance with renewel. 10 minutes later everything was taken care of and no lapse in coverage.
